Dance hall / Studio booking terms and conditions:

Only non marking shoes allowed inside the studio. Outside footwear , sandals, chappals are not allowed.

For additional ACs for the big hall contact the person in charge. Additional 50 per hour per AC will be charged.

Any damage to items inside the dance studio / party hall will be charged separately. Hirer holds the responsibility and should compensate for any damages caused due to accidents or any other issues.

Compulsory advanced booking required . Minimum advanced booking requirement is 12 hours prior. Studio space will be provided based on availability and booking priority.

Incase of cancellations within 24 hours for regular hires and 48 hours for new hirers 1 hour charge will be charged as compensation. Cancellation before 24 and 48 hours will not be charged.

All pending payment for regular hirers should be settled within 12 hours of hiring the studio. All new hirers should settle payment while leaving the studio after completing their practice.

Dance and Dance academy in rare circumstances can cancel booking anytime without prior notice .

Any misuse of the studio space other than for the hired reason can result in immediate termination of service and might not be able to hire the studio in the future.

We request all hirers to maintain volume in an ample manner that doesn't disturb others around the studio.

You may not remove any property that belongs to Dance and Dance studio from the premises.
